Hello everyone!
 
Beach Bum CARES is the nonprofit I work for, and we collect and deliver educational supplies, aid and relief to schools and orphanages in the Caribbean and Mexico. We are currently delivering boxes to schools to collect end of year donations as kids/teachers get rid of supplies. Offices are also notorious for having unused supplies. If your office or if you know of someone who might be interested in having a donation box in your office where people can put old binders, staples, folders, paper, etc. etc. can you let me know? We’d love to partner with as many organization as possible. We mainly donate to elementary school students so even if you have things at home you’d like to donate, we’ll take them – clothing, toys, balls, etc. The school in Jamaica we visited in November had a “soccer ball” made up of random items held together by rubber bands….We take it all! 
 
You can check out www.beachbumcares.org and our facebook page to see pictures of our recent trips. Our most recent was 2 weeks ago to an orphanage south of Cancun, Mexico. Beach Bum Vacation travel agents deliver the supplies, board members for BBC, as well as volunteers who are going on vacation who like to take a morning to give something back. If you know of anyone interested in possibly delivering supplies on their next Caribbean vacation, we can arrange the visit as well.
 
Also if you or know of anyone needing volunteer hours – we have plenty to do as well. J
