Hello Neighbor,

I hope this email finds you and your family enjoying this beautiful fall weather.  The purpose of this email is to let you know that we are looking for someone to fill the position of  Vice President. This position needs to be filled immediately.  The person serving as Vice President as moved from the neighborhood. At the beginning of the year we maybe looking for a couple people to serve as President and Treasurer. 

We are looking for someone who is friendly, fun and loves our neighborhood.  Someone who can devote about 20 hours a YEAR to the board and has the best interest of the neighborhood at heart.  No prior experience is necessary. If you fit that description and would like to serve on the board, please let us know.

To serve on the board is not a huge time commitment. It is also NOT full of negativity like some might think.  Yes, we have to address violation of the covenants and restrictions from time to time but there are many other positive aspects of serving on the board.  We urge you to really think about serving on the board.
