Dear Neighbor,

We hope you are enjoying the beautiful spring weather and all the wonderful activities that comes with it.  We would like to thank all the homeowners that took time out of their busy schedules to come to the last meeting.  We had two homeowners and one board member count all of the votes.  Both proposed covenant / restriction changes had the majority vote and are now part of the HOHOA Covenant and Restrictions.  We will get the updated HOHOA Covenant and Restrictions up on the website very soon.
