 Wikipedia - Not a safe website
Last week, FOX News broke the story that Wikipedia, used every day by students in schools and libraries as an information source, hosts thousands of p*rnographic images. While Wikimedia, the parent company of Wikipedia, quickly purged thousands of p*rn images in the first couple of days, the clean up has slowed down and the original images that were first reported to the FBI as child p*rn are reportedly still on the site, along with others. Wikimedia President Jimmy Walls said, "Much of the cleanup is done, although there was so much hardcore p*rnography on commons that there's still some left in nooks and crannies . . ." Formspring.me is a new social networking site that is quickly becoming popular with teenagers and even young middle schoolers.
