Welcome to the Highland Oaks Homeowners Association.

These pages are intended primarily for use by residents of Highland Oaks, but all are welcome to visit. Highland Oaks subdivision is located in New Albany, Indiana.

To pay your dues online using a credit card via PayPal, click on the appropriate button and follow the instructions on the PayPal screens to complete the transaction. (The amount charged will actually be slightly higher due to fees that will be deducted by PayPal to cover the transaction processing costs.)

(After clicking the Pay Now button, watch the screen carefully - you do NOT have to create a PayPal account if you don't already have one. Just click on the 'continue' link where it says "Don't have a PayPal account?")

All residents are strongly encouraged to sign up for the HONews mailing list. This will hopefully become our primary (but not only) source of sharing more timely information with you. To participate, click on the 'Email List' tab on the left of this page for more information and to sign up.

Where do I vote for State and National elections?
Residents of Highland Oaks are in Floyd County precinct 32 and vote at the Prosser School of Technology, located directly across Charlestown Road from where Kamer Miller Road begins (at the Dairy Queen).
