Welcome to the Highland Oaks Homeowners Association.


These pages are intended primarily for use by residents of Highland Oaks, but all are welcome to visit. Highland Oaks subdivision is located in New Albany, Indiana.

The next Association meeting will be held at 7pm on September 25, 2008, in the park (weather permitting) - bring your own chair. Rainout location is the Clark County REMC Community Room. Watch the front sign for exact location.

To pay your dues online using a credit card via PayPal, click on the appropriate button and follow the instructions on the PayPal screens to complete the transaction. (The amount charged will actually be slightly higher due to fees that will be deducted by PayPal to cover the transaction processing costs.)

(After clicking the Pay Now button, watch the screen carefully - you do NOT have to create a PayPal account if you don't already have one. Just click on the 'continue' link where it says "Don't have a PayPal account?")

($103 will be charged)

Pay 2008 dues of $100 plus special assessment of $75 ($180 will be charged). Note: If you paid the $25 special assessment in 2007 AND paid the anticipated 2008 dues of $150, you are exempt from this $75 assessment.

Pay 2008 special assessment of $75 only
($77 will be charged) Note: If you paid the $25 special assessment in 2007 AND paid the anticipated 2008 dues of $150, you are exempt from this $75 assessment.

Pay 2009 rate of $150
($155 will be charged)

Where do I vote for State and National elections?
Residents of Highland Oaks are in Floyd County precinct 32 and vote at the Prosser School of Technology, located directly across Charlestown Road from where Kamer Miller Road begins (at the Dairy Queen).
